“Ayna” - signifying a mirror as a way to look into yourself, is a mental health awareness project taken by our club with the aim of raising awareness about common mental illnesses, removing stigmas, and promoting mental well-being from a positivity perspective. It consists of a series of 3 workshops followed by a main event on October 10 (World Mental Health Day) and October 11.
